As healthcare professionals with 20 years of experience, we understand your emotional journey. We're not just offering a service - we're offering a lifeline of compassion.
Each of our services is designed to help you live with confidence and comfort, whether you're in need of companionship, personal care or specialised assistance. We are here to support you every step of the way.
Home is where we feel the most at ease, surrounded by the familiar comforts of daily life. But as family members move on with their own lives, the once-bustling household may start to feel quieter, and you may find yourself needing more support.
Simply There Care’s Companionship service provides the assistance you need to maintain your independence, while offering the comforting presence of a healthcare assistant or support worker at times that work best for you.
This service is ideal for individuals who appreciate the reassurance of having someone nearby for companionship, conversation and help with daily tasks. It also provides peace of mind to family members who may not be able to visit regularly, knowing their loved one is being well cared for.
Our carefully selected carers will match your personality and needs, offering all-important companionship and helping with household chores and social activities. We tailor our services to meet your specific requirements and adjust as your needs change over time. Before your care begins, we’ll ensure you meet your primary carer to confirm you're comfortable with the match.
Returning home after a hospital stay is often the best way to recover, surrounded by the familiarity of your own space. However, with increased care needs, it may seem like a nursing or residential home is the only option.
Simply There Care offers a Hospital After Care service which ensures you can safely return to your home and settle back into your regular routine. Whether you need intensive care or just some help with daily activities during your recovery, we’ll provide the right support to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Sometimes you may just need some temporary care assistance, such as cover for holidays or to fill a short-term gap. We can provide holiday or term-term cover with no ongoing commitment or long-term contract, and our flexible approach means that we can arrange care cover during any hours needed and to suit your needs. The minimum care available is only one hour, as we naturally believe that or care to be effective a minimum of one hour is required. We are also contactable at any time day or night, as we provide a 24/7 service.
Home is where we create lasting memories, and the thought of leaving it can be daunting - especially when facing challenges to your independence.
With Simply There Care’s Live-In Care service, a dedicated healthcare assistant or support worker will move into your home with you to provide 24-hour care, enabling you to remain in the comfort and safety of your own environment.
Whether your needs are complex, or you just require occasional help with daily tasks, our live-in carers offer a tailored approach that meets your specific needs. This one-on-one care is flexible and adapts to your routine and changing circumstances, providing you with a personalised service that’s not always possible in care or residential homes.
We understand that inviting someone into your home is a personal matter. That’s why we carefully match our staff to your preferences, ensuring they are briefed on both your medical and personal needs to offer the best care possible.
Simply There Care offers a Specialist Care service that is designed to support adults with specific healthcare needs. Our goal is to help you or your loved one maintain an active, fulfilling, and independent lifestyle.
After a thorough assessment of your health and care needs, we will create a personalised care plan focused on your specific requirements. We review and update your plan regularly to ensure it continues to meet your evolving needs. We work hand in hand with other multidisciplinary teams involved in your support, such as physios and occupational therapists.
"Beauty and her team of wonderful ladies looked after my mother for a few years. My mother was suffering from Dementia , a stroke and in the last year was non verbal. The care that my mother received was amazing.
She loved having Beauty and the other ladies around .They made her laugh, cooked her wonderful food took her out in the car and walked with her in the garden . knowing someone was there with her at nights as well when she needed it was peace of mind. Beauty is a breath of fresh air , very engaging and a hard worker. I cannot recommend The Simply There Care team more."
